The staff member we encountered was unwelcoming, and the fries were really disappointing—mushy, greasy, and an unappetizing dark brown. They looked entirely different from the fries shown in other reviews. Ours seemed old or like they had been reheated. Both the hamburger and chicken were quite dry and just mediocre. We considered sending them back but didn't want to face any negativity. I should have sensed the trouble when the waiter had such a poor attitude, although he was friendly with other customers. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Yuck!

My wife opted for the Benedict, while I tried the Blitzen, and both were incredible. It's located in a remote area, but well worth the trip. The reindeer sausage was a real treat, and my wife declared the Benedict to be the best she's ever had! The ambiance is charming and inviting. If you're a cruise ship camper, definitely choose this spot over the Copper Lodge for breakfast—it's so much better! Just a heads up: you won't find avocado toast or lattes here, so city dwellers looking for trendy options might want to look elsewhere. This place is local and truly amazing!
