I would give them an excellent rating, but the consistency is not always there. The hamburgers sometimes have no taste and overcooked like a hockey puck. The chicken sandwich was always juicy and ingenious. I like the sweet potatoes because they're hard to find nowadays. They just have to wait until their geese is a little hotter at times, as food can sometimes be greedy. A/C is urgently needed as it is really too hot to enjoy your meal ao that you will swim their large milkshake or root beer after your meal and that is what everyone prefers in summertime. I also felt they were closed on Sunday, but in the economy today they may not have a choice, but I feel first with God, they would have been okay. Great people who work there because they are very friendly. Oh, the catfish is not as good as I would have hoped, so I still go to the truck stop for catfish, but rather go to Jessies, so hopefully they will get better with the cat and offer great cocktail sauce. You should have a weekly specialty on Friday nights to pull people. Fajitas would be a big crowd gift in the hot summer months or a big taco salad with Fajita meat. Just an idea. I hope you're in business for a long time and that's why I share my detailed thoughts with you.
