The lady behind the counter was very friendly my boyfriend and 4yr old were waiting outside cause they didn't have a mask, but she allowed them in anyways cause it was rainy and very cold. The whole staff was very nice and fun View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza:
Been going here for years and are usually great but the past couple months or so every pizza keeps sticking to the tray and always has alot of air bubbles!! Idk why but they should fix that and more training for the dough person or we will be changing locations. View all feedback.
The prices in Coos Bay are higher for the same pizza that you can find in Oregon City. The Papa Murphy’s in Coos Bay is also very popular.
Absolutely terrible service! Last night, we placed a large order, but one of the pizzas from Papa Murphy's was incorrect. I called tonight, Saturday, August 6th, to see if I could return the wrong pizza for the correct one. The employee I spoke to just kept saying she wasn't a manager and that they were closed. I explained multiple times that I didn't need a replacement tonight and that I was willing to wait until I was back in the city. The worker was very rude, stating that all she could do was take a note and make no promises. I asked her to hear me out, but I warned her that I would share my experience about their customer service. She replied defiantly and quickly hung up on me. I was very polite during our conversation, and she insisted that the pizza was made correctly, even though we hadn’t ordered a Chicago-style pizza. I will never use this business again!
I've always been a fan of Papa Murphy's since my childhood, and I still enjoy it today. The pizza is fantastic. However, I'm giving it a 3-star rating because they don't seem to pay attention to their customers' requests. When I ask for a simple sauce, I expect a simple sauce. If someone is spending $40 to $60 per visit, they should receive exactly what they asked for. Tonight, I ordered three pizzas, and I requested a simple sauce on two of them. Unfortunately, the only pizza that was supposed to have a complex sauce ended up with a simple one, while the other two did not have the simple sauce as requested. As I mentioned, I love Papa Murphy's and always have. What frustrates me is that they repeat the order back to me, yet still manage to get it wrong. If this was a one-time mistake, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but this has become a recurring issue.
My order is always right here and the staff is always polite. The only reason I dropped a star is that this branch no longer accepts EBT as payment
I always loved the gourmet vegi pizzas and now we all love the new dairy free pizzas ?!
