Smoking Billy's Cooroy Burgers Ribs Ice Cream

Was excited to purchase food here for the first time yesterday, unfortunately ended up pretty disappointed by the customer service, ordered online however when we let the staff know it was takeaway she was very passive aggressive, very rude tone as she told us we are “perfectly welcome to come inside and order”. She gave off the impression we were inconveniencing her, if the online ordering isn’t for takeaway etc she could have expressed that or other politely but I don’t really see what the big problem was. Maybe she should get another job if she’s not happy there instead of taking it out on customers. Food was alright. She killed the “atmosphere” though and experience. So we called in advance asked to exchange Pork ribs 500grams for beef ribs 500grams get one Beef ribs weighed in at 320 grams! Absolutely ridiculous chips are old and dry need sauce to even eat and wings aren't even near fresh dry smothered in sauce im a chef and cant even understand this way of cooking , cooked totally unacceptable cheap lazy cooks will not visit again you call yourself a smoke house your a poor excuse of a restaurant learn what it is to produce real quality products over cutting costs and maybe just maybe you might succeed as it stands your a 1 star at best terrible quality control it isn't hard to produce quality fresh food at your price points you cheap inconsiderate money hungry grubs !
