Looking forward to eating out here again soon. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed.... read more I used to be a big fan of Saw and Mill and had even given them a glowing 5-star review in the past. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed. While the restaurant section serving fancy food has always been excellent, my experience at Fenwick's Bar tonight was subpar. My fish was overly large and poorly cooked, and my daughter's order of kid's salmon was not available after an hour of waiting, forcing her to change her order. My friend's curry was cold and lacked the pumpkin it was supposed to have, while my wife's parmi looked unappetizing. The food took over an hour to arrive, and the ordering system was malfunctioning, making for a frustrating dining experience. Despite these issues, the interior of the restaurant remains beautiful, and the staff are still friendly. However, the disappointing food and slow service may deter me from returning until I hear of improvements. On a positive note, there is ample parking available outside, and there is a playground to entertain kids. It was disappointing that the kid's salmon was unavailable, as children should not be left hungry. Overall, the experience was a letdown in terms of food and service, with room for improvement in the future.
