Was Jessie at Deez a mag?
I've never dined in, only picked up food to go, but it's a lovely little spot. The staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. I always make sure to get the hand-cut fries! View all feedback.

There’s no better place within a 30 mile radius that serves the best and freshly cooked breakfast in the area. 10/10 the best breakfast I’ve had here! Service: Dine in
Best burger I have eaten in a long while! Friendly staff, variety of choices, and reasonable prices! Enjoyed every bite!!
They have the BEST salads in Cooper! I love their leafy green lettuce as opposed to iceberg and they come with plenty of toppings! Love me a DeeZ omelette too! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Features Dine in: Yes, Outdoor seating: Yes, Takeout: Yes, Curbside pickup: Yes
Experience, quality and a vibe you love to find in a small restaurant in a small town!! Awesome!

Don't let the size of this place fool you—it's a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal. The fish fry on Friday nights is exceptional!

Great food, great people! Small place with limited parking but worth the trip!!
This place is far better than Dairy Queen. I’m only visiting for a few days, but I definitely plan to come back.

Although I haven't dined at the restaurant myself, I have attended several catered events they provided, and the food was consistently excellent. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the dine-in experience on my next visit. I really love this place and the owners!

Since we visited on a Friday, we had a delightful surprise. DeeZ has recently started opening on Friday nights with a limited menu featuring fried fish, and we couldn't resist! That evening, we came back to enjoy their special offering. The menu is primarily focused on fish—available regular or Cajun spiced—served with sides like pinto beans, coleslaw, sweet cornbread hush puppies, and green tomato relish. If you’re within 25 miles of DeeZ on a Friday night, I highly recommend making the trip for the fish. It was perfectly cooked, and the cornmeal batter (I went with Cajun) was amazing—light and not greasy at all. You could really taste the fish without being overwhelmed by a heavy coating or old oil. It's not a buffet; you can choose portion sizes from 2 to 6 pieces. I suggest going for the 3 or 4 piece meal, which, along with all the sides, will leave you satisfied without feeling overly full—unless that’s your goal! They also have a lovely covered outdoor seating area for those with pets or anyone who prefers an al fresco experience. Enjoy your visit!
