I came in with my wife for dinner and as... read more I’m the type to never complain about anything! But today was one of the worst experiences of my life at any restaurant. I came in with my wife for dinner and as soon as we came in their was no in sight! Everyone was in the back. We walked up and a young man comes up confused about what he’s doing. I believe he was new because when I asked for a steak melt he was confused about what I ordered. I asked for my order at least 4 times over and over again. He then asked an older gentleman about the melt. And all he said was put steak and 2 times more of the cheese and walked off. Yet the young man was still confused. Another man came in and skipped my order and began the other mans order. So my wife finally said something about it. And the older man finally came out and made my sand witch. Witch was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever received in my life. I will definitely not be back there ever again. Poor customer service and poor training.
