The subs were tasty, but the prices at Subway are getting a bit steep. The service was decent.
In my opinion, charging $30 for two sandwiches is quite excessive. I tried to use EBT to help with the cost, but none of the young staff members seemed to know how to process it. I don't hold it against them, but I wish they had received better training before being left to manage on their own without supervision. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in fast food restaurants nowadays. The food itself was decent, but I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.
I had never ordered from Subway before, but when I went in, Shawn/Sean was really helpful and guided me through the entire process. I left a 20% tip for the staff today, and the sandwich was delicious.
The staff is always very nice and efficient. Store is clean. There was a new kid there today who helped me. I could tell he was in training. He was very polite and attentive. Just wish he had eased up on the red onions a little bit. But overall, good job kiddo!
I’m the type to never complain about anything! But today was one of the worst experiences of my life at any restaurant. I came in with my wife for dinner and as soon as we came in their was no in sight! Everyone was in the back. We walked up and a young man comes up confused about what he’s doing. I believe he was new because when I asked for a steak melt he was confused about what I ordered. I asked for my order at least 4 times over and over again. He then asked an older gentleman about the melt. And all he said was put steak and 2 times more of the cheese and walked off. Yet the young man was still confused. Another man came in and skipped my order and began the other mans order. So my wife finally said something about it. And the older man finally came out and made my sand witch. Witch was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever received in my life. I will definitely not be back there ever again. Poor customer service and poor training.
