I visited this KFC yesterday since we were nearby, and there aren't many KFC locations close to us anymore. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes without any assistance. One staff member was sweeping the floor while another was on break. I understand staffing shortages are common now, but this was too much. No one even noticed I was there, so I decided to leave.
One of the employees accidentally dropped my cup on the floor and then handed it to me as if nothing happened, probably assuming I didn’t notice. I was in a good mood, so I chose not to say anything. The employee was a dark-haired woman in her twenties, possibly of Middle Eastern descent. Honestly, why would they do that?
