I believe this is due to staffing issues that are prevalent everyw... read more I am a regular at this restaurant and have noticed a significant decline in customer service. I believe this is due to staffing issues that are prevalent everywhere. While my orders are still efficient and of high quality, I have consistently found items such as iced coffee/tea, cup tops, and creamer/milk to be empty. This restaurant is located inside a hospital, so many doctors and nurses come in specifically for drink refills and are often frustrated by the lack of these items. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, leading to trash piling up on cabinets. I used to appreciate the kiosk checkout, but today there was paper taped over them without explanation, seemingly discouraging customers from using them. Despite this, some customers still lifted the paper and used the kiosk. When I ordered online, I overheard an employee telling a customer that they were only accepting orders for the bakery, which seemed odd.

This place was earlier top notch, but the last few years it gets worse and worse. we order almost weekly for our lunch at work and it got so bad that we started... read more This place was earlier top notch, but the last few years it gets worse and worse. we order almost weekly for our lunch at work and it got so bad that we started picking up so we could check whether it was right and/or nothing was missing. even this has become frustrating because it takes forever when they have messed up the order! the last stray is today when we come there and they (again) do not lay salat in our warm bowls. then they gave me a side of arugula and when we came to the house and opened the container, the salat was penetrated so that I felt it and then came the smell! it was not wet to wash it, it was wet to be rotted! it smells like feces! and to cover it, it was already on my bowl and it was covered in others! So we couldn't even eat them because they both had a lazy arugula on them! my last warm bowl that I got had no rugula and I was crazy, but now maybe it was a blessing in cladding! corporate will get a call from me this week because lazy salat can cause diseases and there is no excuse that besides extreme naivety and/or training that does not exist! they had to smell it too! I had wet slimy green mud on my hand to touch it in the container! not acceptable!
