I tried the Frisco (smoked salmon bagel) and the soup of the day (potato and leek soup). Both dishes were quite enjoyable.

The owner has sold the business. It has reopened under new management and now trades as Under the Elms.

I recently popped in for a to-go coffee while passing through. The coffee had a nice balance of strength and body - not too weak or too hot.

Visited when we were passing through on a road trip and happened to spot this little place on the corner. Its quirky retro charm was very appealing and it was cosy and warm on a crisp autumn morning. I enjoyed my french toast with a side of bacon, while my husband had a good value bacon and egg roll. Coffee was very good.I noticed that there are vegan options available on the menu, which is very welcome for those so inclined.

Quick stop along the way from Canberra to Bega.. Cooma has a hidden gem!!! This awesome lil cafe playing chill music with a book exchange and 33 1/3, 45rpm records hanging from the back wall is just damn cool! Explaining to my son 9yrs what a recorder player was interesting thou... Now the food is fresh, tasty and the coffee is excellent☺ If your passing through Cooma drop in and say hi to the friendly staff
