What User doesn't like about My Thai:
We decided to dine at this restaurant. It features one picnic table outside in the parking lot and five chairs that are arranged in their lobby. The space is quite small, but the food has good flavor. However, there isn’t much variety; the only vegetables available are carrots, zucchini, green bell peppers, broccoli, and potatoes. Excellent! The only Asian restaurant in a 250 mile radius (maybe more) that has Asian food that pops with flavor! After eating here, all the rest are bland and dull. I live about an hour and a half away, but will gladly make the drive because the food is well worth the trip...
The food is SO DANG DELICIOUS! Go. Just go. Go now. AMAZING pineapple fried rice! Go on and get a thai iced tea. We ordered medium heat on a yellow curry and it was perfectly spicy and delicious. If you like heat, medium will do. Everything we ate we enjoyed.
Pretty good Thai food. I ordered the Pad Thai spice level medium. Perfectly spicy and flavorful a little too fish oil heavy… Good portions and came out steaming hot I had to let it cool down. I also got an order of spring rolls, I wish they had more flavor but decent when dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. Total for Pas Thai and spring rolls was $17. My Thai has limited seating available. Great for carry out!
The owners were very nice but unfortunately the experience was not. This is mostly a take out restaurant with a few bar chairs should you want to eat there. Yellow curry was decent but the Pad Thai was inedible. Pretty expensive for take out and then throwing half of it out.
Great Food! We are passing through Cookeville and did takeout here. The drunken noodles have great flavor without being too hot. They have good portion sizes for the price. It has its own parking lot so no need to hunt for parking. The inside seating is set up for individuals sitting at a counter so good for single diners. They are doing a booming takeout business so I am glad we called ahead. It was a 20 minute wait when I called at 5:30 pm so plan accordingly. Delicious!!
