One star Usually Chick-fil-A does a good job however today I'm I ordered a large lemonade lemonade and when I got home I realized it was a small sprite as well my large French fries were hard and cold. I also did not even get my Deluxe chicken sandwich that gave me a spicy chicken sandwich I have never been so upset with this chick-fil-a. I also ordered 2 ice cream and I didn't even get that! Although the food was very good I was shocked by such high prices for the small amount that I ordered. I know that prices are going up all over like $10 for just a few chicken nuggets and some fries was kind of out there. I know that if I go to the storeand buy a frozen dinner such as chicken and rice or beef pot roast it's much cheaper than eating at chick-fil-a. It's common everywhere anymore, but please just take a moment before you leave and check your order. I ordered grilled chicken bites through the drive through and after I reached my destination, I discovered they were breaded. I am diabetic, so I had to turn around and drive back the ten minutes. They were ever so gracious and I received delicious, hot food. Mistakes are made by all of us. How we are treated for our mistakes defines others. I LOVE Chick- FIL-A!!!
One of the employees here (Her name is Brittany) made our experience here even more special! Had a tuff day today and she made my day! Great customer service! She took our order at 8:30pm on Thursday and was so friendly
Visited on a Thursday night just before closing and we were treated like they had just opened. Friendly staff and good food. Made sure we were taken care of and didn’t rush us out.
Super friendly service! Restaurant is outstandingly clean! And employees are super kind. Management seems to be doing their jobs superbly. Keep up the greatness!!
