It was just ok. The best thing about the visit were the employees. No joke best bunch of people I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Every single person was smiling, helpful (to the employees AND each other, and most importantly, sincere in their actions. That's the entire reason for the 4 stars. What DDay1959 doesn't like about Fazoli's:
We decided to try this place as we had passed by it multiple times. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food. I had the chicken parmigiana and it came with spaghetti. The piece of chicken was quite large and the sauce was good. View all feedback.
Fazoli's is the best, almost always had good rewards and coupons in the app. Staff at Cookeville location (5901) are always amazing. Meagan helped us this last time and was the best.
Food was great as always. The service at the drive thru was great too! But the tea was absolutely DISGUSTING! This is twice now that we?ve gotten tea and it?s been fermented/sour. If not for the bad tea they would?ve gotten 5 stars.
Staff was nice. They was quick and made sure we always had bread sticks.
My daughter and I stopped by to pick up a few takeout orders, along with their delicious breadsticks. The restaurant was quite busy, so it took a while for me to get my order. However, the server was incredibly gracious and kind. He even gave us some extra breadsticks and a dessert. The pasta was good as well!
I really wish there was one of these restaurants near my hometown of Clemmons, NC. I absolutely love the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo! For a fast-food Italian spot, this place is amazing!
