Arby's - Cookeville

Dried up fish sandwich. No cherry turnovers as usual. Brought at drive thru.

Waited in the driver thru for 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us.

This was the worst food my friend and i have ever ate.For starters there was gum in one of my sliders left by the manager emily,witch i don't know if she still works here but she said she put gum in my slider because she didn't like our attitudes but we left her a 20$ tip because we thought she was very nice.Then we said there wasn't something right with our food she laughed at us and told us to get out,so we did,then calling the store and asking to speak to emily.After talking to her about what happened she laughed at us and blocked the number.Then we thought we would eat the other food we got but it was cold and the sandwich my friends bun and cheese were frozen and hard as a rock looking like it had just been pulled out of the freezer.I do not have any pictures of the food just because of how descusted at the pure disrespect that the workers had for paying customers, we were not rude to them and we left a tip.If emily still works there i recommend she be fired or you eat some where else.

The curly fries are ALWAYS ?. We tried the Wild Game burger, and it was something. It 's not worth the price. The bun hides most of the flavor, and the burger tasted a little off.

A group of our friends went after church. We enjoyed Arbys. The prices were very reasonable, the service was friendly and helpful! The temp was cold, and we ate with our coats on. Other than being cold, it was great! Thank
