I ordered from the special menu and tried the Autumn salad, which featured roasted squash and pumpkin, tomatoes, bacon, and Bleu cheese, all drizzled with balsamic. It was served with soft tortillas, and it was absolutely delicious!

The duck confit tacos are absolutely delightful! The horchata was also a wonderful surprise.

The staff and food selection are fantastic! My fiancé's bridal shower was perfect here. This place is always a must-visit when we pass through town. Don't miss out on their empanadas and taquitos! Also, make sure to try one of their local beers. You won't be disappointed!

Brass Buckle isn’t the most authentic Mexican restaurant and feels somewhat Americanized. Unlike many Mexican spots, they don’t serve chips while you browse the menu. There were no Spanish-speaking waitstaff, which was a bit inconvenient for my Spanish-speaking family. I ordered the fajitas, but they didn’t arrive sizzling as they typically should. The chimichangas had a lot of toppings, making them messy to eat, but they were quite flavorful. Overall, it was decent, but I don’t see it becoming my regular Mexican dining choice.

The atmosphere is very tidy, the food is excellent, and there’s a fantastic beer selection. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend the alligator taco and the duck confit tacos—they're both outstanding!
