Very picky when I create my subs and they have no issue with my special request. A
Order on uber and yall legit just made everything wrong is making a sandwich that hard?
I ordered online and when I got there I was told they did not have my order. Instead of investigating this matter a lady with dreads that works on night shift proceeds to take orders and dismiss me. Mind you it was 3 people there and one young lady was on her break. I was in there so long she got off of her break and she immediately started helping the workers. Why are you all that slow that it takes 30 minutes to clear 5 people out of the restaurant and find my order( which I never received). I asked for a refund the older lady with the dreads kept working in the back while the two new girls had to figure it out. She told me to go back on the app to request a refund but did not provide me with clear instructions on where to go. The ending resolution is I did not receive my food nor a refund but I was there for almost a hour!!!
Meal deal is a great deal. I enjoyed the tuna sandwich very much.
Service was terrible. Shift manager older lady) was on her ass while one teenage girl with glasses was trying her best to attend to all the costumers. Then another 10 min wait til the manager came on to ring my check she was on the phone.
