One of the employee... read more The drive-thru was quite busy, but it was 12:30 AM, and this was the only open option besides one other place. The staff was very welcoming. One of the employees came out to inform me that they were out of cheese, which was a thoughtful gesture. She wanted to make sure I could decide whether to order something else or leave without having to wait in line. When I reached the window, I had to repeat my order, and they needed to cook my chicken fresh. I parked and waited for them to bring my food out, and I have to say, it was really good—hot and fresh. However, I did end up waiting nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru and receive my order, which is why I deducted a star. Still, the friendly staff and the fresh food definitely made the wait worthwhile.

I don't have the chance to enjoy Krystal's very often, so I make it a point to stop by whenever I travel.
