Starbucks - Conwy

Not busy, long wait, not asked whether we even wanted milk for a basic americano. Wondered why on a busy it wasn't very busy. Never again in this location

I asked for a caramel frapachino with out cream. It came with cream. I think 2 young men were just learning}. I said il take it. A few sips down I could hardly taste the coffee 1 shot}. So I took it back and the young man kindly made me another with 2 shots. From now on I'll have to buy an extra shot of coffee because the 1 shot has gone down hill. Not the staffs fault that the corporation has weakened it's coffee. I love the caramel frapachino's here. I cannot fault the staff. The place is not as nice as it was, they have taken away the comfy sofa chairs. The place looks like it could do with a good clean. All in all a good experience and I would recommend.

Coffee is good and it’s great it’s dog friendly but I do think the place looks like it needs a good clean! Tables are always sticky! Toilet seat is disgusting! Needs a good scrub with bleach or a new one! Better cleanliness would improve this place no end.

Disgracefully slow I waited 45 minutes to get served I should have left but we needed a drink. Appaling customer service aswell the girl couldn't even spell my name then chuckled when I mentioned it. Will never visit again coffe shop run by inexperienced staff all of them
