The butternut squash velouté was the best I have ever tasted, and all the food we had was delicious. It was great to enjoy a fantastic meal and support young aspiring chefs and front of house staff. My only regret is not having more cash on hand to leave as a tip!

The restaurant had a bright and airy atmosphere with stunning views of the mountains and sea. There was ample parking available and a lift to access the restaurant. The service was polite, and the trainees were supervised by a tutor. The food was delicious, well-presented, and my friends and I all enjoyed our meals. The price of £17.50 for a three-course meal was very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning in the future.

The service is top quality from arrival to leaving. Staff are closely supervised but these students are all wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. I experienced the extra special event menu today which is a cut above their regular fare even though that is wonderful. I will definitely book and visit again when in the area.
