I was extremely impressed with this restaurant. The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive and polite. The butternut squash velouté was the best I have ever tasted, and all the food we had was delicious. It was great to enjoy a fantastic meal and support young aspiring chefs and front of house staff. My only regret is not having more cash on hand to leave as a tip!

Although strictly speaking this is not a normal everyday restaurant as a college they are producing the icing on the cake of staff for the future of restaurants. The service is top quality from arrival to leaving. Staff are closely supervised but these students are all wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. I experienced the extra special event menu today which is a cut above their regular fare even though that is wonderful. I will definitely book and visit again when in the area.
I had an excellent meal today. The turkey was delicious and the Christmas pudding was absolutely fabulous. The young staff should be proud as the quality was on par with top restaurants. Well done, I will definitely be coming back.
Rhyl Rotary club members and friends enjoyed the set menu. We visit every year and the standard of both the food and service by the students is excellent. we have never been disappointed.
