Recent visits to KFC reveal a dichotomy in customer experiences. Many patrons report frustratingly slow drive-through service, characterized by lengthy waits and lukewarm food, leaving them longing for alternatives. Inconsistent order fulfillment, cold sides, and lackluster beverages further mar the dining experience. However, a silver lining has emerged with the arrival of new management, showcasing a noticeable improvement in cleanliness and service quality. A standout employee, Helen, has garnered praise for her exceptional customer care, bringing some needed warmth to the fast-food environment. While improvements are evident, the overall experience remains uneven, prompting a call for consistency.

I visited the restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The restaurant appeared to be under new management, as it was spotless and the tables were gleaming. The highlight of my visit was the lovely and cheerful lady employee who provided excellent table service with a smile. The food was brought to our table quickly, hot, and fresh. This lady is a great asset to the place and I believe she will help turn it around. I highly recommend keeping her in the front of house position.
I would like to share my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by a woman named Helen at the KFC restaurant. She truly stands out as the best we have ever encountered in the fast food industry. Despite facing difficult customers at the table next to us, Helen remained professional, attentive, and kind throughout. She deserves to be recognized and awarded for her outstanding customer service skills.
Terribly slow service as ever at KFC drive through. Ordered meals and drinks. Waited 20 minutes. Given food by surly female staff member. Checked bag, no straws. When we asked for straws she ignored us for several minutes then argued that they were in the bag. Eventually gave us straws. We drove away and then found that the portion of fries was less than half of what it should have been, on both orders. Plus we ordered cherry coke and coke, but both drinks given were cherry cokes. Awful service.
Visited KFC today at lunchtime. Ordered 3 meals through the drive through. Waited for around 30 minutes in the queue, finally got to the last window hopeful we would get our meal. However the car in front was being handed individual items every now and again whilst we waited and waited. Not sure why they didn’t tell them to park up and the order would be brought out like McDonald’s do?? We finally got to the window and our order was sitting on the side, waiting to be handed to us. This meant that it was only luke warm when we got it. Pepsi Max was horrible, like a cheap cola, don’t believe for a second it was genuine Pepsi. Horrible meal, should have gone to McDonald’s like we usually do.
The chips were cold, the beans were cold, the chicken was greasy, and the gravy was very watery. There were only 7 chicken legs in a bucket meant for 10. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
