They said u can't have meal ur late so we went hungry !!! 3 of us disgusting customer care nil ! Ur supposed to be in holiday ! Don't use this hotel terrible !

The mashed pota... read more This restaurant served us the worst food we have ever had. The pork loin appeared to be boiled rather than roasted, and the sauce had no flavor. The mashed potatoes had a horrible texture, resembling wallpaper paste with a watery and gritty consistency. The steak with mushrooms was simply mushroom.

The food was excellent, the beer and drinks were very good, and the prices were only slightly higher than what you would find in a pub. The menu options were similar to pub fare. It's definitely worth a visit, but we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Both of our restaurant experiences were gre... read more We have just spent 3 nights in Llandudno we dinned wined for two of these nights at the Bay Tree grill for 2 nights. Both of our restaurant experiences were great. On the first night the menu had only 3 main course meals for gluten free menu. On our second visit I wanted something different gluten free we asked our lady waitress if there was anything else I could have she saw chef suddenly about 8 dishes could be served. COME ON MANAGEMENT RE DO THE MENU SHOWING THE DISHES YOU CAN OFFER EVEN ADAPTED. The staff can do better than you appeal to more gluten free customers.
