At a recent visit to a local restaurant, diners found a mix of experiences. While some praised the atmosphere and friendly staff, others reported disappointing meals, with overcooked meats and unappealing textures. Highlights included a standout lamb shank and well-prepared salmon pasta, but issues like meager bread portions with pate and a lack of follow-up from servers marred the dining experience for some. On my way home, but trains were cancelled, so I rushed into the Bay Tree after fighting thru sleet and high winds.. And the lovely receptionist ignoring my dishevelled appearance ,found me a room, gave me my card key and I was in a lovely warm room in 15minutes. The room was great, the price fair and included a very nice serve-yourself breakfast in a relaxed dining room.
We love to stop by here for a drink watch the world go by, people watching when we have walked round the Orme.
This hotel worst we have stayed in ! Rooms are awful couldn't hardly get out of bathroom cos beds so close ! Went down for evening meal little late ! They said u can't have meal ur late so we went hungry !!! 3 of us disgusting customer care nil ! Ur supposed to be in holiday ! Don't use this hotel terrible !
This restaurant served us the worst food we have ever had. The pork loin appeared to be boiled rather than roasted, and the sauce had no flavor. The mashed potatoes had a horrible texture, resembling wallpaper paste with a watery and gritty consistency. The steak with mushrooms was simply mushroom.
We visited this restaurant in Llandudno looking for a special meal for my partner's birthday. We didn't want to settle for a takeaway, and we were not disappointed. The menu had a variety of options and the food was delicious. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend this restaurant.
