I ordered a Nitro cold brew with sweet cream, but instead received a vanilla cold brew with sweet cream, which was much sweeter than what I had asked for. There was no explanation given when I placed my order that the drink would be substituted. Additionally, they forgot my husband's drink and served other customers who came in after us. The service was lacking and there was no apology or attempt at good customer service. The drinks were all excessively sweet for some reason, making the overall experience unpleasant. As frequent visitors to Starbucks, we were very disappointed.
