The drive-thru attendant wasn't able to apply the valid coupon I had when I reached the window, so I couldn't use it. She simply apologized but didn't offer a solution. To make matters worse, my lunch was cold. I won't be returning.

She acted very snotty and kept trying to rush my order. There was only one car behind me in line.I ended up just getting the chicken fry box. When I got to the window, the lady didn?t say a word to me, grabbed my money andpractically tossed the food out to me. The chicken tastes like old chicken they heated in the microwave and is basicallyinedible. Terrible service, very sub-par food. Will not visit again.

When I approached the cashier to order two of the $7 meals, it quickly became clear that she wasn’t paying attention. Instead of taking my order, she began adding items I hadn’t requested. After repeating my order four times, I politely asked her to confirm what she had entered so far, as I still wasn’t finished. She responded with a dismissive attitude, insisting everything was correct without repeating it back to me. My order was quite straightforward, so her unhelpful demeanor and the addition of unwanted items were really frustrating. In the end, I chose to take my business elsewhere. If someone has such a poor attitude, they might be better suited working in the kitchen rather than at the front counter.

Onc... read more I ordered four Rally Burgers and two chicken boxes. When I checked the bag, I noticed they had only given us two burgers. I went back and got the other two. Once I got home, I realized that one burger was missing cheese, another had mayonnaise, none had lettuce, only one had pickles, and only one had tomato. Every time we've visited this Rally's, our order has been incorrect or something has been missing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location. The staff isn't rude, but they aren't very friendly either, if that makes sense.
