Dunkin' - Conway

Went to the dunkin go on Hwy 701 on 3/8/24 around 730pm. Two young girls working by themselves. Screwed up a frozen hot chocolate three separate times. Came to this dunkin and they fixed it for me so quickly and it was right the first time. Thank you!

WOW.After standing at the counter with no greeting for over two minutes, while we watched employees drink their drinks, I finally said, Hello loudly so I could be heard over the music.I got a pretty rude, Be with you in a sec with a glare over her shoulder.Guys, do better.We RARELY get this kind of treat for our family, and we sure won 't be doing it here.

Went in at 1:30 to order donuts, the only lady in there was taking care of drive through only. Turned around and left. After reading these reviews, not going back to my city in Conway but further out to get better service, food and drinks oh and most important...DONUTS!

Love me some Dunkin!! This location is pretty good. I like the new redesigned drive thru!

Absolutely terrible, drinks were given half full one of the drinks wasn’t even put into the register properly. Drinks made incorrectly and a chai late that very obviously was not made properly at all on top of being half full. Easily the worst in the area, also maybe have your cashier take off the headphones because airpods are definitely not talking to your drive through.
