The bar is very well stocked and run by great bartenders who also know the menu very well so eating at the bar is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place! I ordered the 2 meat combo, pulled pork brisk... read more Friendly hostess and wait staff. We were seated within 5 minutes on a fairly busy night. The food was hit or miss. I ordered the 2 meat combo, pulled pork brisket, with smoked potato salad and collard greens for sides. The portions were generous, so so far, so good. The pulled pork was very good, but the brisket was tough, with no discernible smoke ring, no smoke flavor had a half inch layer of fat across the top of the entire slice. It was pretty disappointing. The potato salad on the other hand was very good and had a distinct smoke flavor. My collared greens were okay, but a little too vinegary for my taste. My daughter had the Cuban sandwich, which she loved. My son had a double-burger which was a winner as well. My wife had the pulled pork platter, which was good, but the “creamy” cole slaw was more watery than creamy, and also pretty vinegary. Overall, it was pretty good experience, but the big loser was the brisket.

The catfish was fried to perfection and went perfectly with the lemon aioli. The street corn taco was also amazing. The chicken wassmoked to perfection and all the ingredients complemented each other. The onions rings were better than most places I?ve eatenat. Super crispy and delicious with a giant slice of onion. And the mac and cheese?.. fugetaboutit?. Delicious. All the wayaround delicious. Service was great. The art was cool to look at as well. Will be going back and recommending to friends!

Got onion rings and tater tots. Was good. The rings were really good. She had beef tacos. All wasflavourful. Now..the food was not to die for BUT when you throw in the good service, good price and great atmosphere it becomesa very good choice. Lots of locals (we are also) eat there , so that's a good sign.
