I don't usually eat out much, but recently, I've started to enjoy Arby's again. I remember being disappointed during a visit to an Arby’s in New York years ago, but my experience in Horry County, SC was quite the opposite. A friend recommended I give Arby’s a shot for lunch, and I have to say, I've become quite a fan. I experienced poor service and received a cold, crunchy sandwich. I called to address the bad customer service I received earlier. As of February 26, 2024, I can confidently say I won't be returning to Arby's. I advise others to avoid eating there as well. View all feedback.

As a native chicagoan it's difficult to find sandwiches that taste like in chicago and after 2 visits this past week for a gyro at arby's I was impressed by the flavor and preperation keep up the good work.
This was my first time using the Arby's app, and I had a great experience. My order was ready at the requested time, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be using the app every time from now on!

We continue to have problems with the food at Arby's. It’s often dry, tough, or cold because it’s been sitting under warming lights for too long. We keep giving them chances, but little improves. The only time we have a five-star experience is when the manager steps in. It shouldn’t be that way. They should aim to provide better service to every customer. If they wouldn't eat the food they’re serving—whether it’s burnt buns or cold sandwiches—they shouldn’t be serving it to anyone!
