Our server was great and made sure we had everything that we neede... read more We went to this Applebees in Conway, SC on 8-10-24 for the wings, riblets and shrimp special. Our server was great and made sure we had everything that we needed. A+ for Amy! Now, at a table in the bar area, I observed several employees eating. They had food in little black to go trays and would come over and eat a bite or too. I though the must have been on break, but they were not. They would eat and then go to their tables and serve guests. The bar tender would do the same. It is doubtful that they washed their hands before attending customers. Employees at restaurants should never be eating while working.

And received an oops sorr... read more I am not one to write bad reviews. But 3 strikes and you're out. The first time at this location we were charged $60 for a $30 dinner. And received an oops sorry didn't see that. Ok. Second time ordered pickup and was missing part of our order. Well, I figured it's been a bit and ordered through their app for pick up. Get the meal home (I live 5 mins away so it wasn't travel time) and it's cold. Not room temp. Not luke warm. From the refrigerator COLD. Spoke to the manager gave my info. Spoke to the General Manager. 20 mins of repeating myself and a condescending attitude and well we can give you a gift card speech. No thanks. I'm sure I'll get a reply of some sort. Their area director needs to look into what is going on.
