It is owned and operated by a hard working, friendly, and helpful family. If you miss out on his early morning bake, he usually follows and replenishes his display cases with fresh donuts pastries. . While I was working in Converse, stopped for donuts and coffee many times and used the small inside dining area. His business is primarily take out and drive thru. My favorite pastry from M M is their Bear Claw. If you eat one, you will know why.
