Me and my family have been ordering from Valleys for over 10 years, it’s always been amazing quality, price and service. However, the last 2 times we’ve ordered, the portions have been less then satisfactory. The price has stayed the same but now we are getting less then half of the usual amount. I have to apologise to these guys. I was told that the order was wrong and I challenged this on the phone. They replaced what was thought to be the error. Leaving me with incorrect item. Next delivery 15 mins with replacement item was still incorrect I'm told.
