What Anonym dislikes about Moncarlo:
I came because I had 4.5 opinions and because I stayed at the hotel but what a disappointment! The food could not be any worse even if they had tried. a steak of hard meat, how is it possible? (unless it has not been steaked) and a chivo drowned in tomato sauce and ajis and without wine or olives. dessert or chat, a burnt flan. There was no one else at 14:00 on Saturday, is there? A complete fiasco, to eat a goat in the Constanza area. My reality and that of my mother, it tasted like any other meat (except goat) and the price was somewhat exaggerated for an environment with poor hygiene (many flies bothering me at lunch time). This spot was recommended by Our hotel. The food was okay, it took 1 hour for a seafood paella, the chorrasco 45 mins at best the wait time is an appetite killer. Margaritas were nice and strong. Our waitress Kimairys was very nice and patient with us. A large party of 10 people. It’s a great ambiance as well with music an open bar. Although I don’t think I’ll be back to this town at least I recommend a visit here and say hello to Kimairys from this review

I had my wedding here, the staff was amazing, food was fantastic, restaurant always clean and effecient. The manager was always on hand for all wedding details, and went above and beyond for my day. I even made a friend with one of the waitresses. Hotel was comfortaable, and cozy, loved the showers. Overall, I had a great experience and will return.
Best place ever! The environment is really good, the music, menu and food were excellent and the service was good. The prices are reasonable.
Excellent service, Tasty food, quite and comfy place. Good for families with kids, I loved it!

Moncarlo has a lovely atmosphere. I really appreciated that they allowed my dog in the back patio area. The potato puree looked pretty but tasted a little bland. I did enjoy the fried cheese and salami though
Good if your idea of open air eating is being at long tables in a car park. Locals love it though. Great pizza but be warned that their idea of a Chicago one is 100% cheese, no tomato. Go for the regular ones.
We visited about 3 years ago . The service and the place is still remarkable. This time the food wasn't as good . But it was enjoyable. It is one of the few restaurants we visited in the country with a pretty high level of professionalism. The creme de champigons sauce needs improving.
Haven't been treated this bad in a long time, first of all I got a different pizza then ordered, okay mistakes happen so I let it slide (was still a good pizza). But then the bill came where I was overcharged, I complained about this but the waitress refused to change it and became very rude, it was only 30 pesos but it doesn't feel right to be cheated/ stolen!
