Sushi Box Constantia

I love all that Sushi Box Constantia has to offer. View, great food and non sushi options. The sushi came with very little ginger, I asked for more and then saw on the bill I was charged R12 for extra. Sneaky if you ask me. You can’t make reservations, so don’t pitch up too late in great weather. They also have the noodle box menu, which is great since we have shellfish allergy in the family. Would still return for the food and view. Just make sure to ask beforehand for enough condiments.

The food was beyond international standards and left us in awe! Not to mention the exceptional customer service received from Tanaka. She was an absolute dream and simply amazing as well as Mathius! What an amazing experience!

Sushi Box is a very special place for us! The sunset is lovely and it’s always a perfect spot for a Summer evening. Mathius was an incredible waiter, despite being so busy, we got a free starter on the house as our food was delayed, and our food and drinks were served with a smile. The egg fried rice was the best we've ever tasted, thank you! Delicious!

A better setting you will not find!! The views are stunning of the mountains with the vineyard in the foreground. We arrived early evening and it was a little hot and they kindly let us move the tables around so we had shade. King served us and he was so lovely. Quietly efficient and checked periodically if everything was ok. It is high season and this was definitely much speedier service than we have received elsewhere. Everyone was happy with their food.
