The real joy started when the owner... read more 90 minutes of waiting for simple dishes, but that's a small problem when being in good company, despite the hunger we felt. The real joy started when the owner tried to explain how the grilled fish ended being fried thanks to their marvellous special oven (which made it float in sunflower oil). Besides that, the salads (Bulgarian and Dobrogeana) are simple collections of the ingredients that are normally used for pizza. I would suggest keeping only pizza on the menu although I didn't try it myself.
