Whole and old building the terrace is nice, the services are dependent on who you are treated, some people are nice and friendly, some are not
Unfortunately we were forbidden access to an EMPTY restaurany because children are not allowed in after noon. (we came at 12:20). Funnily enough a few weeks prior I was eating and was disturbed by a child running around. So not only is it a moronic rule, it is only enforced for fools that visit, obviously not for the owner's friends. Mind you I was planning on eating with a 14 yo and a 15 yo, not minor children that would run around tables (which, again, were all empty). I ate here for the past 6 years, but they lost me as a customer forever. Good riddance.
I went to eat with my wife, the food is okay, but the service is extremely slow... the surprise came at the end when the waiter should bring us 35 Lei changes and so did to forget...
I'll leave out the discomfort of being seated close to the terrace door where bursts of cold air came in every time the door opened this is unacceptable in a high end restaurant and only talk about the food: it's average. The stuffed calamari was ok, but the simple grilled one was simply bland no taste, and very few salt grains which would have helped for high end restaurant prices. Now I don't mind the prices, but the higher the price you charge, the higher your customer's expectations should be and in this case the restaurant did not deliver, in my opinion. Other minor issues, one good and one bad, were the fact that unlike other Constanta restaurants I visited I actually got a slight smile from the waiter here, but on the other hand the entrance to the restaurant was narrowed by some overgrown fir branches which gave the entrance an untidy aspect
