Used to be a good place but I will no longer frequent this restaurant and I cannot support this kind of stupid rule. Restaurant was empty too.

The atmosphere is very pleasant (it looks really neat inside), and the service is the best in town. The location (smack in the middle of the town centre makes it a popular destination, easy to reach by taxi and bus). I have been there many times. Every time I return to Constanta, this is my to go to place. Kudos, keep up the great work!
