תפריט המסעדה הוא לקחת מנות מוכרות ולתת להם גרסה חדשה. מנות קטנות אך מספקות. רצוי לקחת מסחר רב של מנות על מנת לטעות את כל הטעמים הייחודיים. לדוגמא: סיגרים ממולאי בשר העטופים בסרט שחור של אצה. טרטר סלמון מעולה המוגש על מצע קרח. סלט ירקות עם נגיעות חזה אווז מטוגן. קדרת בקר עם פול ופטריות. חוויה מדהימה. רצוי להזמין מקום כמה שיותר זמן מראש. המסעדה עובדת בעקר בסופי שבוע ובסוף הארוחה הופכת למועדון. Ci siamo trovati qua in previsione di passarci la serata (che è stata da 5 stelle) ma siamo rimasti delusi dalla cena. Entrando abbiamo capito che non si prospettava nulla di esaltante vedendo che nell'intera sala (circa 100 coperti) eravamo a malapena in 20...di venerdì sera.
