I like that even if they are full they have special waiting spots and it never takes long to get a table. Also, these guys are taking covid measures seriously.

Last time, we decided to eat at the location, but it was an unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in. The only reason I stayed was because the pulled pork burger is excellent. Maybe you should train your staff to be more polite and welcoming, especially considering the place was completely empty. Even though I like your food, the French fries are not worth €10 just for some grated cheese on top. I don’t recommend this place because of the unpleasant experience we had. When you dine out and pay over €30 for two people in Bucharest, you expect a complete experience — chill vibes and a good time — not to be treated poorly by the staff.
