It looks like a public toilet on a station, really. Such a dirty toilet has never seen in a restaurant.

Restaurant neintretinut, apa ce curge din tavan , ud pe jos si miros nu tocmai placut. Am refuzat sa mai stam la masa odata ce ni s-a adus o parte din mancare, iar din farfuria cu paine a iesit un musafir nepoftit (dupa cum puteti vedea si in poze) . Am comunicat decizia noastra de a pleca sefului de sala, nu a reactionat /negat nimic (probabil nu era prima data cand a auzit astfel de plangeri). Nu am achitat nimic din bauturile pe jumatate consumate, ne bucuram ca am plecat inainte sa apucam sa mancam. Repet , nu recomand . I do not recommend. Unmaintained restaurant, water flowing from the ceiling, wet on the floor and not very pleasant smell. We refused to eat once some of the food was brought to us, and an unwanted guest came out of the bread (as you can see in the pictures). We communicated our decision to leave , nobody reacted or denied anything (it was probably not the first time he heard such complaints). We didn't pay for any of the half-consumed drinks, we're glad we left before we could eat. I repeat, I do not recommend.

There is always fast preparation, waiters are very good, always polite. If you are going to Constanta, it is highly recommend!
