Strongly recommended by local friend, went to cafe and eat very good, I love the cuisine. So next day we called for delivery several times, from.different pjones, phone ringing until was declined/rejected. Then one hour later a guy called back. The food is awesome. Traditional style. Cozy place. Perfect serving.
A very intimate, local tatarian (Tatars of Dobrogea are related to Crimean tatars) restaurant. Clean and silent, not crowded with excelent local (traditional tatar) food. Prices are very low, despite the recent rumors to be high. A dish is around 2 Euros. Excellent, I certainly visit it again.
