Good coffee, but extremely poor customer service. When you dine in, you would expect your coffee to be brought to you at the table. The lady who took our order was extremely kind, she even recommended me something new to try that she knew I'd love based on my first choice and she really did a good job. The woman who made the drink though, she did not comply with my request to put the whipping cream before closing the lid. In Bucharest they do it before, she argued with me that is it impossible.
