The lady who took our order was extremely kind, she even recommended me something new to try that she knew I'd love based on my first choice and she really did a good job. The woman who made the drink though, she did not comply with my request to put the whipping cream before closing the lid. In Bucharest they do it before, she argued with me that is it impossible. Good coffee, but extremely poor customer service. When you dine in, you would expect your coffee to be brought to you at the table. Instead, they tell you to take your own coffee to the table, which is disappointing. View all feedback.
Best coffee shop ever. They got the best caffe mocha and you can choose from a plenty of types of coffee. The deserts are delicious too and you can pick decaf, almond milk or low-fat milk. I love it.
My partner ordered regular black coffee and it was awful. It smelled like someone dumped seafood in a public toilet and somehow managed to combine the resulting smell into a cup of coffee. I decided to be brave and taste it, I will always regret that decision.
