The Bop Shop - CONSHOHOCKEN

The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the experience of building my own bowl with their Chipotle-style service. My bowl looked amazing, but unfortunately, something seemed off. I should have listened to my stomach, but I needed to eat quickly to get back to work, and I didn’t have time to make another choice. I was wide awake at night, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of "I told you so." I hope this was just a one-time issue, but the inconvenience was significant enough that I felt it was necessary to share.

This dish is far from authentic. There's no sauce (bean paste) present. The egg is overcooked, and the meat is dry, suggesting it has been sitting for a while. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has truly experienced genuine Korean cuisine.

Eating here is really good and fresh. eating and serving are not very hard, so it makes for a great lunch option to have.

We tried out the Bop Shop the concept is similar to Poke, but instead of Fish choices, you get Korean choices like Korean Chicken, Galbi, etc. We've ordered the items online and picked it up afterwards since there was no dine in option during our visit.

I ordered delivery from this place for a late lunch. Delivery was fine, wish I could say the same for the food. Never before have I had Koreab BBQ chicken that was so dry and nearly tasteless. Even the pickled cucumber on my bowl was limp and pallid. The bean sprouts and carrots were OK, but the only vegetable with any real taste was the kimchi radish. Very disappointing.
