Smc is now a 2 curs prix fixed Sunday brunch, which is good with us. the appetizers continue as before the beet salad, escargot, brioche, pâté etc. there are so... read more Smc is now a 2 curs prix fixed Sunday brunch, which is good with us. the appetizers continue as before the beet salad, escargot, brioche, pâté etc. there are some good alternatives for a second cure, among them Belgian waffel, an omelette, sausage grotten, egg benedikt, steak frites, jam of chicken roasted in grease, and others I do not remember. there were also several specials, including a smoked forellensalat appetizer, which was absolutely fantastic. my wife had the pâté and the salmon special, both were wonderful as usual. the sausage shell was really fantastic and easy the best grits-based creation I've ever eaten. the heat was perfect enough to enjoy, but not so much that they are the taste of the sausage, seasoned and mais hidden (which is subtle enough to be buried by heavy hand heat or spicy) with excellent service and comfortable rustic environment it was just another perfect meal in our favorite restaurant.

I lived in chestnut hill and now live in west chester. on Sunday we decided to make the lkw for brunch because I missed this restaurant and my man was never, smc not disappointed. everything was perfection. charming atmosphere as always, our meals were spectacular. our server ezra was attentive and excellent. we'll be back soon.

Due to the pandemic I’ve not been there for awhile so it was like seeing an old friend again. Food was delicious as always. We had a 4 year old a 2 year old and a 1 year old and everyone was so lovely to us. A wonderful Labor Day Sunday brunch. Thank you.
