What Adrian Thiel doesn't like about Blackfish:
Appetizer was good and main dishes were excellent. The creme brulee came out burned on top so that part was inedible but the custard underneath was good. Really uncomfortable seating arrangements; basically we were sitting in a hallway. We were rushed from app (which arrived even before bread) to entree to dessert in less than 30 minutes. Blackfish is fantastic! I've enjoyed the 7-course tasting menu twice and the 5-course menu once. The 5-course option offered a wonderful variety, even accommodating my pescatarian friend. The waitstaff is attentive, and each dish is thoughtfully prepared. I've consistently had a wonderful experience here. It's a bit pricey, so we reserve it for special occasions, but it's definitely something we all eagerly anticipate.
