What Steve D doesn't like about Fleece Inn:
Arrived to an empty bar with 5 other people after a lovely hike in the surrounding area. The Landlord did not make us feel welcome, actually didn’t say a word. Also it was ‘cash only’ at the bar, which may catch some out who visit. There are some beautiful views from pub at the rear, I will never return ! View all feedback. What User likes about Fleece Inn:
I visited The Fleece despite seeing one negative review, and I'm so glad I did. The host was warm and informative, sharing some interesting history about the pub that dates back to 1820. The drinks were affordable, and the Bombardier was outstanding. If you're staying at Derwent Manor, this place is a gorgeous local spot just down the road.
