Went through contact us and sent an email just trying to resolve the issue and the representative Josh Goldmeier has completely stopped responding to my emails. All I wanted was my order remade correctly or a refund. I do not feel that my request is an unreasonable.

The 3 guys did not have on hair nets or beard nets. The brown hair guy would go look at himself in the paper towel dispenser and run his hand through his hair which IS in the food prep area. The one with the beard had on a hat but no beard net. The one with the mullet had no hair net. The tea was sour so I told the brown hair guy this and he did nothing but say somet

The three guys had no hair... read more Never in my life have I been in a place that serves food that allows her employees not to wear hair nets or hats when prepping food. The three guys had no hair or beard nets. The brown hair type would look into the paper towel dispenser and guide his hand through his hair, which is in the food area IS. The one with the beard had a hat, but no beard net. The mullet had no hair net. The tea was sour, so I told the brown hair type that and he didn't say anything under his breath. The food is medium for the price. Just go to the subway or to the fire department to get what you pay.

Kudos to the owner for spending so much to open this establishment—it seems more like an educational lesson in how to squander money and ruin a potentially good business with poor service. An ineffective or absent owner or manager can really take down a place. Why is it so difficult for so many to understand the importance of good service and a friendly, neighborly attitude? I won’t be returning.
