After... read more I placed an online order tonight and was met with the worst customer service upon pickup. The woman at the window had a terrible attitude from the start. After waiting 10 minutes for my mobile order, which I placed 15 minutes before arriving, she handed me my food and said, "all that damn ketchup? You need to stop ordering so much ketchup, you know it’s sold in stores, right?" Keep in mind, I didn’t order an excessive amount, and the app actually has limits. I will never return to this location. I’ve always had good experiences at the West Davis Street location, so I’m very disappointed.

I used to frequent this location before relocating closer to N Loop, and the service was always fast and the food fresh. However, after recently returning, my experience has been very disappointing. Right now, I'm stuck waiting in the Whataburger drive-thru for over 30 minutes just to place my order. They keep assuring me they're trying to move quickly, but there's only one car ahead, and the dining room was completely empty when I arrived. I'm really starting to wonder when I'll finally get to enjoy something from their menu tonight!

Your kindness is greatly appreciated. This isn’t the first time I’ve received excellent service at this location. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Every single one of them deserves a raise!

I often come in the mornings for breakfast sausage biscuits, and since I live nearby, I occasionally stop by Whataburger for dinner too. It’s clear that maintenance is a priority, as the place looks just as great now as it did on opening day!
