The food is always fresh and well-prepar... read more I’ve visited this restaurant twice now, and unfortunately, my second experience was just as disappointing as the first. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, so I can’t fault that. The issue lies with the heavyset older Hispanic woman who makes the salads. She is incredibly rude. My first visit was marred by the same attitude from her. I don’t know what her previous job was, but it seems unlikely that it involved customer service. The manager really needs to address this situation. Even the cashier mentioned how unhelpful the salad maker is and how rude her manner is. I’d rather drive to another location to avoid dealing with her again.

Being a first time customer at this restaurant, I expected greater expectations than what we receive my friend had hair and her salad. When we approach the manager and showed her the hair inside of the salad, her approach wasn’t customer service friendly at all. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left, we received no great customer service. It’s really sad because I had a really great expectations for this restaurant and if I could give a negative star, I would. I would never return again and I thought I should just share my experience.
