The Mac and cheese was absolutely awful. It was super soggy and just seemed like it was left out to sit for hours then put back in the microwaved to be served. Just pick another Panera that isn’t this one or go to a completely different restaurant. Absolute waste of money

The menu is very limited, and as a senior, I appreciate having more choices and fairer prices. I attempted to order a veggie sandwich, but I'm not a fan of their Mediterranean option. I would like to customize it to a BLT without the bacon, but I'm still charged as if it were a full meat sandwich. Additionally, there aren't enough size options, like flatbread, which is usually only available for pizzas. While they offer half sandwiches or a cup of soup, their cookie portion sizes are large, yet a half sandwich still costs the full price. On a positive note, I do enjoy the tea selection since I can mix different flavors. I also wish they would bring back the potato soup and French onion soup.

We ordered the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, along with a mac and cheese sandwich and the tomato basil soup. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. However, we did have to wait 30 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was quite empty. The staff seemed reluctant to clean the tables, and the floor was messy, with food and napkins scattered everywhere. It might be understandable if they were short-staffed, but we noticed at least four employees working in the kitchen.

I’ve been impressed with how patient they are with even difficult customers and orders. Seeing all the regulars is also reassuring. It’s nice to have a go-to place on the way to work you can expect to have a good experience. Thanks!

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich that was delicious, and my companion had a salad that looked fantastic. I even received a complimentary pastry!
