Nacho Food Truck - Conroe

I am so disappointed and mad. I placed my order at 3:40 and got it an hour later!! The first time I ate from here I absolutely loved it! But my second experienced here completely sucked. I ordered a family box which is supposed to come with ramen! I did not receive my ramen and tried to call the place and their was no one to answer the phone to solve my problem or to offer me a refund for my missing items! I also ordered sides of salsa, cilantro and onions and I did not receive any of those as well, the family platter was supposed to come with gorditas, these are not gorditas!! Their literally quesadillas. I am overall very dissapointed with the service! The sad part is that on a Saturday when it's the busiest time for food trucks their was only one person working there!! Now the flavor of the Birria and broth was good! But not worth the wait time, the missing items, and the inability to get in touch with anybody.

So let me begin with the customer service of this place, my husband and I stopped in here for dinner, it was our 1st time here so my husband was trying to ask the guy who was going to take our order questions about the items on the menu, like what we 're the prices for the different amounts of tacos. The guy just stood there with his earpods in his ears not giving any sort of feedback...sooooo my husband asked him again about the prices of the tacos, the guy still seemed like he was bothered by us but finally answered him. Now on to the tacos....they weren 't amazing....the best way to describe the tacos we bought is High end Jack n the Box tacos, the edges were fried so long and they were super greasy. The meat was more of a gray color than brown, the plus side to them was there wasn 't alot of fatty meat, it was pretty lean. The consume was decent, not fantastic. They should give out limes to enhance the flavor of the tacos like a majority of taco trucks do. To end this fantastic trip when our buzzer went off to get our food, I walked up to the counter to pick it up. The same guy that took the order was giving me my order, he was too busy talking to the other person working with him about a snow cone truck that was pulling up. He handed the bag out I said thank you just for him to continue his conversation while turning his back towards me.

So I just came here for the first time and I am impressed. These birrias smacked I'll definitely be coming back

Had the order of eight Quesobirria the green sauce was great the Consommé sauce was a bit oily and lacking much flavor. The Queso's had a good amount of meet and cheese some cooked much better than others with a bit of a crunch which is needed when dipping on the Consommé others where already soggy before dipping. I'll go back and try a few more items on the menu but the value for the quesobirria simply wasn't there for me maybe my expectations where too high?

Ordered the family pack, really good Birria tacos! noodles were a bit salty for me had to water down, but overall it was fire
